Set in the predominantly Spanish enclave of Almayate, this 3 bedroomed south facing terraced house is the ideal place to avoid the hustle and bustle of the Costa del Sol, whilst being only five minutes away from Torre del Mar and thirty minutes from Malaga. A ten minute walk takes you past the shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants, to the unspoilt, but well kept Almayate beach and it’s ‘chirinquito’, the beach bar/restaurant. From here you have great views of the village and Sierra Tejeda Almijara mountains beyond, along with the 14m. high Osborne bull, the local landmark.

The ground floor consists of the living/dining room (which opens out on to the patio), kitchen, laundry room and bathroom/toilet. The first floor has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and balcony with sea views, the other two with twin beds (which can be pushed together), one facing the sea, the other facing the mountains, as well as the family bathroom/toilet. The living room and bedrooms all have ceiling fans.

The courtyard garden, with it’s lemon tree and outdoor furniture is a great place to relax and soak up the sun. Why not cool off with a dip in the communal pool, just 30 m. away?!

Horse riding? Karting? Golf? Hiking? Shopping? With every amenity within easy reach this is the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the Costa del Sol.

Why can't I call Steve (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Steve (the owner) a message.

If Steve (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
