Nuestra Casa Rústica ofrece alojamiento con ventilación, calefacción y aire acondicionado en algunas zonas. Hay WiFi gratuita, varias TV de pantalla plana, aparatos de música y libros.

La casa cuenta con varias terrazas y vistas al mar y a la montaña. Consta de amplias salas de relax, varios comedores con capacidad de 12 a 30 personas, barra de bar, cinco habitaciones, cuatro baños (de los cuales uno es aseo), gran cocina, chimenea, barbacoa, tres terrazas (una de ellas con porche y comedor).

La casa dispone de barbacoa. En las inmediaciones se puede practicar senderismo y rutas en bicicleta.

Salou se encuentra a 26 km del pueblo. El aeropuerto más cercano es el de Reus, ubicado a 14 km.

El espacio

Gran casa siglo XVIII con fachada de piedra, con vistas a la Costa Dorada y a las montañas del Baix Camp. Recientemente reformada y acondicionada para reuniones familiares y eventos. Decorada con muebles de la época y actuales de gran calidad. Muy confortable. En la planta baja, amplio salón con chimenea, comedor y sala comedor con capacidad para veinte personas. Dispone de barra de bar y neveras para las bebidas. Cocina de tipo industrial con todos los utensilios para los amantes de la cocina.

La primera planta, tiene una habitación con cama doble y con baño, un salón estudio con TV, música, libros así como con un reservado con sofá cama doble. Dispone además de dos habitaciones de matrimonio, y un baño completo con bañera. Saliendo por la terraza se accede a la segunda planta con una habitación de matrimonio un baño completo y una habitación con dos camas individuales. Tiene varias terrazas una de ellas con barbacoa y otra con mobiliario de jardín y mesa para 12 comensales.

En el corazón de la Costa Dorada, con buenas comunicaciones (25 minutos en coche) para ir a la playa de Cambrils, Salou, visitar la ciudad de Tarragona, a 24km del parque de atracciones "Port Aventura", y lugar ideal para visitar los monasterios de la Ruta del Cister, el modernista de Reus, rutas gastronómicas y visitas a bodegas. El desplazamiento es de 30 minutos para disfrutar de todos estos lugares. En el entorno se puede practicar deportes; senderismo, ciclismo, escalada...

El pueblo está situado a 4km de Reus, donde hay una gran zona comercial, supermercados y todos los servicios.

Cal mian es un lugar de encuentro, de trabajo y de esparcimiento y recreo, practicando el arte de la gastronomía, así como actividades empresariales, culturales, sociales y corporativas. Así mismo constituye el objeto de nuestra Asociación actividades relacionadas con la innovación, la ecología, la alimentación relacionada con movimientos locales y de slow food, la naturaleza, la música y cualquier otra actividad que promuevan los socios o los coworkers

Realización de eventos. Te ofrecemos, desde solo el alquiler del local al servicio integral para la organización de tu evento.

Nuestro proyecto, es un proyecto abierto y colaborativo. La asociación cultural Cal Mian, tiene todas las características de un coworking rural. Damos la bienvenida a coworkers, start-up, empresas, así como cualquier colectivo. Ideal para trabajar, hacer reuniones, seminarios y eventos. Nuestra casa rustica, es una casa de 600 metros cuadrados. Cada fin de semana esta alquilada por un grupo de viajeros. Acto seguido es limpiada por un equipo de profesionales. Siempre dejando la vivienda en perfectas condiciones. Al hacer el check in se revisa con el cliente las instalaciones. En este caso se detecto el tema de las pilas del termo de gas de la cocina. En las normas de la casa se explica claramente que los utensilios de cocina así como cubiertos platos y vasos han de ser limpiados por los huéspedes y dejarlos en las mejores condiciones para que los siguientes huéspedes puedan utilizarlos. Nuestra cocina es una cocina industrial, ya que la vivienda fue un antiguo restaurante. Entendemos que no es una cocina al uso y eso pude encantar o decepcionar a algunos viajeros. En cualquier caso vemos un comentario pésimo por vuestra parte por haberos reclamado la rotura de una lampara. En este caso hay dos cuestiones que no alcanzamos a comprender. Una es como una lampara colgada en un techo acabo rota y la segunda es como después. de haberla roto no se dijese nada a la propiedad para poder arreglarla e incluso reclamarla a la compañía de seguros. Comentar también que las fotos han sido realizadas este año y reflejan fielmente cada una de las estancias de la vivienda, si bien es verdad que fueron tomadas por un fotógrafo profesional enviado por una plataforma de alquiler. La vivienda fue alquilada a través de Airbnb. En cualquier caso tomamos notas de sus críticas para seguir mejorando la experiencia de los viajeros que deseen alojarse
