Villa Cronos is one level 100sq.m villa situated in 1300sq.m land. It belongs to Titans villas complex situated in the picturesque village of Kokkino Chorio. It is a minimal style stone villa with a touch of luxury. It combines nice views of the mountains and the breathtaking panoramic view of Souda bay and the olive groves. It offers a completely relaxing holiday from day to night. You can spend your day sitting outside having all those nice pictures in front of your eyes or you can enjoy a nice hydromassage in the swimming pool or you may try the bbq by preparing a delicious lunch or dinner by the swimming pool overlooking the sea. And when the night comes you will experience the most restful sleep as the villa is equipped with Cocomat bed systems and mattresses made of natural eco friendly materials, as our purpose is you to feel comfortable and relaxed in your holidays.

The villa consists of two double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and toilets, and a two single beds bedroom. There is a common bathroom with a Hamam room for two people and a shower unit. The kitchen is fully equipped and is an open plan area with the sitting area. There are two big window doors 3,5m height so you do not miss anything from the views even you are inside.

As you step outside in one meter is the 60sq.m swimming pool where you can enjoy a drink in the hydromassage sitting area. There is also a bbq and dinner table as well as a sitting area where you can listen to music or even read a book accompanied by the various natural sounds of Cretan countryside. In the evening you can either enjoy the magnificent romantic sunset that paints with the nicest colors the clear blue Mediterranean sky or you can walk in a distance of approx 20 minutes to the nearest tavernas and taste the Cretan cuisine. The villa also offers activities by request such as scuba diving, boat trips or even a relaxing massage in the house.

Cronos villa is located in Kokkino Chorio, in one of the most beautiful historical villages in Chania. The divine and well known beach of Almyrida is just 3 km away.

Kokkino Chorio (or "Red Village") is a beautiful and quiet village situated in the Apokoronas area, 28 km off Chania on the way to Rethymnon. Already appreciated by Hollywood location hunters, the tiny village was the filming location for the village scenes of the 1964 film Zorba the Greek starring Anthony Quinn. Filled with pretty small lanes and low houses with old Venetian arches, it will transport you instantly to another era. In the village central square is the central church and facing it you will find a kafeneio serving local delicacies and grilled meat dishes. Around the corner, you can find mini market selling a range of household essentials along with British staples. Kokkino Chorio is ideally located as the starting point for many walks and private excursions with private transport around the area.

Almyrida village, only 3km away, is today a small seaside tourist resort. The two small sandy beaches are very popular in the summer, especially for families and young crowds that enjoy combining their suntan with fresh local fish by the bay. In Almyrida you can find a good number of seaside tavernas, a butcher, two mini markets, a car rental company and an ATM. You can also book boat trips for snorkelling in the caves and take diving lessons from a local company.

Kalyves village, 6km away, is an agricultural market centre by the seaside with plenty restaurants, coffee places and souvenir shops. The beach, extending for 300 m, just before the entrance of the village is of golden sand with green-blue waters. Stroll down the beautiful narrow village lanes that lead to the central square of the village with the large plane tree. In Kalyves you can find a large INKA supermarket, car rental companies, butchers and bakeries, many dining choices and a bank.
