Our two modern furnished apartments (78 sqm and 74 sqm) are located on the first floor in our converted farm in a quiet location in Reinerzau, a suburb of Alpirsbach. Children are welcome. The large living and dining area with a comfortable seating area and TV chairs offers all opportunities for relaxed get-togethers and relaxing. In addition to the existing LCD TV, we provide you with a DVD / CD player and Internet access. The apartment has two large bedrooms with double bed and large wardrobe. If necessary, the sofa is expandable in the living room as a bed for 2 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, egg cooker, kettle, and all necessary cooking and eating utensils. The spacious bathroom (including hair dryer), and a storage room for suitcases and the like complete the space. The large covered balcony is furnished with a seating area for 4 people, so you can have breakfast in the morning sun in a relaxed atmosphere and start the day relaxed. If required, a highchair is available for your little ones. Bed linen and towels are also provided. The tourist tax includes the KONUS guest card, which allows you to use all public transport in the entire Black Forest for free. Both apartments are Non smoking apartments. Smoking is allowed on the balcony.

Why can't I call Hans-Dieter (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Hans-Dieter (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Hans-Dieter (the owner) a message.

If Hans-Dieter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
