Situated approximately 100 metres from the coast, Cyprus Cove is perfect for a family or a couple looking for a relaxing holiday . Set back from the main Road linking Lapta to Alscancak, the apartment is approximately 200 metres from Suna's Beach Club. Just a very short walk from there is the Lapta Strip where you will find many great restaurants including Veni Vici, Calamari, Driftwood and Silver Rocks. In the other direction, you will find Almond Village Hotel (great for pool days and evening meals). The closest supermarket is 800 metres away.

The apartment benefits from its own private sun terrace and garden which provides spectacular views of the Besparmak Mountain range.

20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid not less than 6 weeks where appropriate prior to commencement of letting together with a £150 security bond.

The rental price does not include any excessive water or electricity usage and this will be assessed at the end of your stay by the key holder using the meter systems. Any additional excessive usage will be taken from the bond.

The bond will be returned within 14 days of departure subject to an appropriate deduction in respect of any damage, breakages or additional electricity/water usage reported to us by our managing agents.

Additional letting days can be booked on a daily rate.

The apartment comprises two generous sized fitted bedrooms, one with double bed and fitted wardrobes and the second with twin beds.Bed linen and towels are supplied as standard. There are two shower rooms, one of which is a small en-suite.

The lounge, dining room and kitchen form a spacious open plan area with large picture windows overlooking the communal pool. Patio doors lead from the upgraded kitchen to a balcony which is equipped with table and chairs.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned, perfect for those hot sunny days.

The communal pools are a good size with access steps at both ends. The pool is surrounded by a paved area, ideal for sunbathing if you do not wish to use the private terrace.

Cyprus Cove has beautiful gardens.

Please note that the pool is unsupervised and unheated with no communal sun lounges (4 sun lounges at the apartment)
