Villa Týmarhane is a beautiful villa that boasts a lovely elevated position in the mountains above Incesu with spectacular uninterrupted views to the mountains and down to the Mediterranean Sea.

With Forestry land sitting behind the Villa it makes easy access for breath taking walks both towards Ilgaz and Lapta. Also just 5 minutes drive from the sea and 15 minutes from the main town of Kyrenia.

Detached, set in approx. 1/3rd an acre of terraced gardens, it provides very generous accommodation with 4 double bedrooms and three bathrooms, two being en suite; all fully air conditioned and with a glorious horizon infinity pool.

The kitchen is comprehensively fitted with solid wood units; granite work-surfaces; gas hob; eye level electric cooker; dishwasher; washing machine, fridge/freezer; and is accessible from the lounge and hallway. The house is furnished throughout with traditional furniture & furnishings.

For your comfort and convenience the villa, pool and garden will be fully managed and serviced by a local company. The property includes the provision of all bed sheets, bath towels and beach/pool towels.

The newly landscaped terraced garden is spacious and is equipped with sun beds and pool chairs. The multi-levelled terraced grounds also host a fitted barbecue and an external pergola covered terrace with bench seating for al fresco dining

Due to its steep terraced position, it may not be ideal for very young children and those with mobility problems however vehicular access is available at the ground floor level.

Firstly to put this review into context look at the reviews here, elsewhere online. These include those arriving and leaving less than 24 hours from their visit and our many returning customers (some for over 12 years). In 15 years of renting our villa out we have not had the misfortune to encounter such unreasonable people. From the first morning they were aggressive and personally abusive to the management and barraged us with emails. Normal behaviour if there is a problem is to report it to the management and they arrange to get it fixed in due course. Their expectations seemed unrealistic for a family villa and their manor was vitriolic to say the least. On their last day leaving a very nasty and personally abusive message to the villa management. They threatened to post what you see here if they did not get a refund. Their ploy seemed to be to get the holiday for free! So owners beware of them.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Roy (the owner) a message.

If Roy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
