In the middle of Palermo and Cefalù new apartaments in villas , furnished with new wooden furniture and bright colors,private outside parking and big garden good for family and children . It is the ideal place to relax and enjoy, green, sea, sun, enjoy the pool and keep fit riding horses at about 50m or walking and ciclying. The residence has all you need for a confortable vacation with relax, freedom, and all you need like your own home.Situated in a prime location between the monumental and the famous Palermo Cefalù offers all the comforts for a relaxing holiday : umbrellas, chairs , cots,barbecue, and others gardern equipements.The residence is 700m from the sea which is really spoiled for choice : beaches and, animation, sand, pebbles or rocks according to your preferences. The apartament has a ground floor with large living room and bathroom with shower, two verandas where else in one of the outdoor kitchen overlooking the brick patio, inside there is the English-style staircase that leads upstairs where there is another bathroom with shower, two bedrooms and a room with wooden floor with TV and sofa bed. The bedroom has a view onto a lovely terrace with a spectacular view as are the other views that surround to the property (mountains, grasslands, horse riding, sea) in a mix of colors and good nature smells .A handling, a fast ride from the restaurant and 5 minutes from sea. It is the best solution if you want your private holiday house for you and your family or friends,visiting the best of Sicily and having wine, fresh fish , nature and monuments.Ideally located to enjoy Sicily and its wonderful places.

Suitable for families, friends , possibility to have breakfast on fee, taxi from and to airport on fee. Babysitter on fee. Buy everything you broken and put it at its place. Only the number of persons that book can be in the property and use the pool. No high volume music, the Wash machine can be used from 6pm to 9pm. Dont Leave eletric on if you no need or you migjt pay an extra fee for excess of kwatt. Put out the rubbish following the indications you will find on place.

Why can't I call Giusy (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Giusy (the owner) a message.

If Giusy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
