From the owner

Large villa with pool and garden, with four terraces sea view. It can accommodate up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, outdoor shower, wood-burning oven and outdoor barbecue, children's playground, parking, free Wi-Fi, billiard table.

The villa's strong point is the swimming pool with sea view, which is very large and has three different levels of depth (shallow for small children, minimum depth of 1.5 and maximum 3 meters). Near the pool is the outdoor shower. The pool is surrounded by a big terrace, partly covered and partly open, furnished with chaise-longue, sofas and table with chairs. A large glass door leads to the living room with sofa, TV, table with chairs, fireplace, open space fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen is a second terrace with table and chairs and access to the barbecue area and outdoor wood oven, and garden with children's play area.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and air conditioning, and another bathroom with shower for common use.

The wooden staircase in the living room on the ground floor leads downstairs where there is a second large lounge with couches and a billiard table, a triple room (double bed and single bed) and a bathroom with shower.

The same staircase leads from the living room to the first floor where there is a double bedroom, a triple room (double bed and single bed) with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and a nice terrace sea view.

The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi. Indoor parking for guests.

Early check out before 7am are charged of €35 to be paid in cash to the hostess.

Late check in after 22 (10pm) are charged of €35 to be paid in cash to the hostess.

Since 2021 in the area it is started separeted waste. There is a collection point where to throught out your garbage. Please, it is mandatory to respect the collection calendar that will be provided at check in time.

A penalty of €100 could be applied in case of no respect of this rule.

Please note: the use of sun creams in contact with the chlorine in the pool can create a green tint, which can be avoided by adopting a simple rule: before entering the pool, it is mandatory to take a shower (there are outdoor showers).
