Mascarat Apartment overlooks the Altea Bay and the Sierra Bernia mountain range. This protected natural Mascarat offers a unique and peaceful atmosphere. Here's sunny temperatures year round, beautiful scenery of the Costa Blanca, the rest of last bay of Altea and numerous activities nearby! The apartment is furnished renovated and features modern and relaxing lounge seats, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (Senseo to microwave and hip toaster) with storage (incl. Washing machine ...), 3 bedrooms, one master bedroom WITH NEW BOXSPRING BED, 2 bathrooms (one with a good shower and one with bath / shower). The living room and master bedroom have direct access to the sunny balcony of 24m2 with brand new patio furniture. There are DVDs for hands, some books, football, inflatable boat, snorkels, ... Fun for 2, 4 to 6 people! The apartment in Mascarat is located on the ground floor and has two private pools. Secure parking in Mascarat urbanization. The complex has paddle tennis and garden terraces with stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea, some 100 meters from 2 quietest beaches of the Costa Blanca and Campomanes marina with restaurants and bars. Contemporary, family, playful, relaxing. We invest in nice seats, good beds, modern patio furniture ... All tips are welcome.

Why can't I call Ides (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ides (the owner) a message.

If Ides (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
