Our apartment is located in 57589 Birkenbeul-Kratzhahn a small rd 400 inhabitants counting village at 300 meters altitude with a magnificent view of an unspoilt nature and a view over the 6 km distant 57577 Hamm / Sieg. Hamm / Sieg and the approx. 6km distant 51570 Rosbach / Sieg (in the other direction) offers a wealth of shopping opportunities, such as doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, banks, discounters. Here in Kratzhahn and in the surrounding area you will find a wide range of leisure activities and, weather permitting, winter sports enthusiasts will not be disappointed. If you would like to go out to eat, there is a selection of good dining options nearby in Hamm, Roßbach, Weyerbusch and Mariental. Our tip: Enjoy the surroundings, the vision and the peace. Visit the Raiffeisen tower on the Beulskopf (366mtr) or the Leuscheider healing spring or take a monastery hike from the monastery Hassel to the monastery Mariental. Visit the forest swimming pool in Thalhausen, it is fed with tunnel water. You can hike the countryside on foot or by bike. In the summer pedal boat or canoe on the victory drive or float under the clouds and in winter, in good snow conditions, sledding, skiing, snow hiking, building snowman. The range of leisure activities is greater than described. Something for every age. The apartment is suitable for every age group. Ideal for families with children and also their dog is welcome. The apartment is located in Sutterin a detached house with separate entrance. On 60sqm you have a large, spacious living room / dining room with a small kitchen. Extendable couch, 40 inch TV. A bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, a small hall, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a Weber-ball grill for your leisure time, a large garden and meadow to romp and a sandpit for the little ones is protected and Covered available. The entire area is fenced. On the property, as shown in the photo, a pond was created. In the pond are turtles, yellow cheeks. The pond is fenced separately. We kindly ask you to keep the barrier closed as the turtles live not only in the water. The apartment is friendly, spacious and bright and equipped with Westerwald charm.
