Description

Beautiful two bedroom apartment on the ground floor of the #1 rated accommodation complex in Altinkum.

The accommodation consists of:

Double Bedroom: Good size with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables

Twin Room: Two single beds, wardrobe, bedside tables and drawers

Lounge with open plan kitchen: Large sofa (folds out to create comfortable double bed), Large screen TV with selection of DVDs, playstation, wii, side tables, a selection of books to enjoy. Kitchen: Large area for preparing food with extensive storage space and fullsize fridge freezer.

Wifi: good speed private wifi

Shower room: Shower room with excellent shower, washing machine, WC and sink.

Balcony/Terrace: Large Terrace benefiting from early morning sun, four sunloungers and large dining table plus chairs. Of particular note is the placement of the terrace - it offers privacy and quiet as it is not facing out directly to the two communal pools and bar area, yet you can still enjoy the view of the pools and bar area (see photos)

Royal Marina Complex: During the summer months the onsite bar: 'Raggys' (with wifi) offers reasonably priced drinks, snacks and full meals. During the evenings they will often have themed nights and bring in Belly Dancers or run karaoke evenings. In addition they are happy to provide room service if you cannot drag yourself the 30 yards to the bar and prefer to relax on the balcony! There are two swimming pools, both with a childrens area that are kept very clean. The gardens, too, are well kept and lined with marbled paths leading to your apartment. A small games room has recently been introduced on the complex where you can play table football etc. should you feel the need to escape from the heat. Here they offer hire of playstation games and DVDs as well as cheap phonecalls and wifi.

Location: It is hard to beat the location of the Royal Marina Complex. A ten minute walk will bring you to the main resort with all the bustling bars and restaurants, the new marina with the yacht club, the fun fair to keep the little ones amused and not forgetting the beautiful beaches that gave this town its name.

Getting around

Local buses are cheap and regular. And an experience in themselves. For just a couple of lira you can bounce all the way up to the Saturday Market at Didim - or check out the nearby Temple of Apollo. Most restaurants offer a lift service, so give them a call and they will come and pick you up and drop you off to save you the walk. Penguin Bar is situated on 3rd beach - so this is a particularly useful service if you fancy a day at the beach and have lots of inflatables etc to carry - they will even let you use their sun loungers free of charge and happily deliver refreshments to you as you soak up the sun.

Interaction with guest

You will be greeted at reception and one of the chaps will show you to the apartment. Any problems or help needed during your stay, from a broken lightbulb to a request for yacht hire, will be dealt with promptly by the team on reception.

Clean and well equipped with a lovely atmosphere. The apartment is local to bars, shops and the beach.

Royal marina is a lovely complex which is very clean staff are all fantastic and are very helpful wanting to make your stay very relaxing . Royal marina is in walking distance to everything but is also in a quiet part where you can have both atmospheres.The bars and restaurant are all great with great car service picking you up and dropping you off if needed . Fantastic food everywhere and all great value . The apartment was great . Situated near the pool so easy access throughout the day . Great air con in all rooms and great quick response from tamla and jack when and if needed . They were both very helpful and made are stay very relaxing and made us feel like it was our own apartment . Hope to be returning next year .

How do damage deposits work?
