The trip - This apartment on the beach of Altura, Algarve, has air conditioning in the living room and also in the bedroom, last generation, making the apartment very nice both in summer and winter. The bedroom of the apartment has 2 beds, which can be joined together, large wardrobe, writing desk, reading lamps in the beds, mirror and chair. Great window that opens onto the praceta. The kitchen has washing machine, bathtub, window that gives to garden, etc., The kitchen is about long, has window facing the praceta, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave , citrus juicer, juice machine, shredder, toaster, toaster, crockery and other kitchen utensils. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a stone counter, with 4 high chairs where you can have all your meals watching TV. The room has a round table with 4 chairs, two small tables, furniture for storage of clothes and a sofa with a drawer where 2 people can sleep. It is located on a main street (Av. Dom Dinis) and 5 minutes walk from the wi-fi zone, taxis, mail, bank, cafes and pastries, on the way to the beach. This beach apartment in the Algarve, is very quiet, has lots of light. It is ideal for those who like quiet; excellent for walks on Altura beach by the sea and by bike; 10 minutes walk to the sea; huge beach with more than 10km. The Ria Formosa is nearby and is also a good option. You can go by Altura beach, walk to the ria Formosa, by bike or by car, as well as walks on the cycle path that runs right next to the apartment and linking Altura to other locations, giving priority to fresh air and nature. Easy to park vehicle right under the porch; supermarkets and restaurants with very good prices; great fish; fresh bread every day at the door; frozen at the door once a week. The Neighborhood Overview Altura is a flat location and also the neighborhood where the apartment is located. It is great for walking, running, cycling, etc. We can define the locality as a village with a fantastic beach. Going and coming We are 54Km from Faro airport, 7.5Km from Vila Real de Santo António and 4.5km from Cacela Velha. The nearest golf course (Quinta da Ria, Vila Nova de Cacela) is 2.8Km away, but there are several golf courses. It has direct buses from Lisbon to Altura and you can walk from the bus stop to the Altura Inn. If you choose to go by car, it is 1.8Km from the A22 and has easy parking in front of the apartment. If you choose the train, it is best to get off at Vila Real de Santo António and take a taxi (about 10 €) or a bus to Altura. You can also get off at Cacela station, but it is best to confirm train schedules. In Altura there are buses to go to the nearest towns: Castro Marim, where you can visit its castles, Sapal (Natural Reserve), Salinas (salt flower) or the Municipal library where you can stay or order works. You can also go and return by bus, directly to Monte Gordo, Vila Real de Santo António or Spain. In the opposite direction, it also has transport to Cacela Velha, Ria Formosa or the emblematic city of Tavira. And if you are a golfer, you have several golf courses at your disposal.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
