Description

This spacious 2 bed apartment is set within a private secure complex in an ideal location 300m from the beach, 300m from the Alvor harbour, and easy access to the top golf courses, 3 kms. The complex has a lovely garden area around the two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible via a lift if required. It has sea and pool views from each of the two South facing balconies and from the kitchen. This large apartment is 120m2 excluding the balconies. It is the largest apartment in this fabulous complex, it is on the top floor and overlooking the swimming pools and facing the sea. As it is South facing, you get the sun all day long.

The Master bedroom contains a super king size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with bath & shower. It has its own furnished balcony with sea and pool views.

The second bedroom is large, with three single beds and beautiful views over the rooftops of the village.

There is free wi-fi in the apartment. Air conditioning and heating is provided in the living room and bedrooms

The kitchen is fully furnished with a dishwasher and washing machine and all the mod cons.

The living room area is large with a breakfast bar, dining and sitting areas and a double sofa bed. It has its own balcony, again overlooking the pools and sea facing. There is a TV and DVD player and a docking station for iPod or other MP3 players.

There is also a second large bathroom.

The apartment also has three secure underground car parking spaces.

The apartment is cleaned for incoming guests and a change of bed linen and towels is provided once a week thereafter. This apartment has everything you need for a family holiday.

“Home from home!”

Excellent apartment on lovely, family complex. Close to the wonderful Alvor Harbour. A spacious, clean and well equipped apartment with views over the pool and sea beyond. Michael, the owner, was very helpful and did everything he could to ensure that we got the most from the holiday. Would definitely book again.

We felt very much at home in this lovely spacious apartment ( 3 was )with the perfect aspect for spending time on the balconies- breakfast on one - afternoon reading on the other after our daily walks - such a choice .Proximity to wonderful restaurants a bonus so not too much cooking ! Michael the perfect host - very patient and helpful - even recommending the most helpful transfer company --ALGARVE 365 We have already booked for next year . Hilda. and. Peter

This was our third stay in Alvor & our first time in this apartment. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The location is perfect. The grounds & pool are lovely & clean & safe. The apartment has everything you need & more. It is very well equipped, clean & very spacious. I would highly recommend & will definitely be booking again!

“Fantastic Apartment”

Had stayed at a different apartment at Vila da Praia last year, we found this one at a very reasonable price and decided to book. Michael was very helpful with any questions we had and everything was explained fully. It's a second floor central apartment and so is absolutely huge. A great open plan living dining area with a good sized kitchen and breakfast bar. Two large bedrooms, one en-suite. Balconies with great views of the pool area and beyond that, the beach and ocean. Beautiful. Would absolutely recommend this apartment without a doubt.

We're just back from another week in Micheal's lovely apartment. It's got everything you need and is comfortable, spacious and clean. Alvor is perfect for a family holiday and the apartment is convenient for both the beach and the wonderful restaurants in the town.

This apartment was fantastic, everything we needed. It was spacious and most importantly it was clean, the beds were comfy too. Tv has Netflix so was great for the kids, the pool was fab with a smaller kids pool. Alvor itself we can never fault we love the place so much. Hope to return soon

“We absolutely loved our stay at Vila da Praia!”

The apartment is nicely decorated and really spacious. Because the apartment is so well equipped with everything you could need, we stayed home some evenings, cooked and enjoyed dinner on the balcony. The complex itself is really private and can only be accessed with a security key. The pool is gorgeous and is surrounded by lovely garden landscaping. The apartment is really central and only a 5 minute walk to the centre of town and the nearest shopping market. Their bread is to die for and they make several fresh batches daily. If you are travelling with a family or large group, this is the place to stay. It is central, safe and you enjoy the feeling of being at home in the idyllic setting of Alvor! Alvor itself is a pretty fishing village and is nicely busy with some lovely restaurants. We highly recommend staying here. Patricia and Eugene, Galway (Ireland)

“Loved this place...”

We have been to Alvor before but I think this is actually the nicest apartment we ever stayed in… anywhere. Immaculately clean and very spacious and comfortable. All mod cons – air con, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. and kitchen well stocked with plenty of pots and utensils so you could easily cook every night if you wanted. Location was really quiet with a lovely pool area but still an easy walk to the beautiful beach, about 5 minutes into centre of Alvor and 2 minutes from a nice grocery store. There is a small mini market even closer. Alvor itself is a lovely little fishing village that has managed to maintain a lot of its character. It has plenty of nice restaurants to choose from, bars with music and a nice mix of young families and couples 40+. Michael was really helpful with general recommendations in and around Alvor and he gave us a contact for a transport company from the airport who were really good – all English speaking drivers.

We have just returned from our 3rd stay in this lovely apartment. It is situated on a gated complex and feels very secure. It is in an ideal location, approx 5 minutes from both the town and the beautiful beach. The apartment is very clean and has all that is required for a good holiday. The balcony has lovely views over the pool area, and is an excellent place to start the day. There are many restaurants and bars in the area within easy walking distance, and shops on the complex opposite. The new boardwalk in Alvor has been an excellent addition to the town and we walked along it most days. It was an easy booking process as Michael responds quickly and is very helpful. We have stayed many times in Alvor, and hope to return again in the near future.

This luxurious apartment offered everything we could possibly need. The location was absolutely perfect just a short walk from the village where there is an abundance of excellent restaurants and pubs offering craic and entertainment. The accommodation provides excellent views from both the living room and main bedroom. Alvor also offers an excellent bus service and we went to Vilamora, Monchique and pria da Lux. 5* hotels provide spa facilities should you wish to indulge yourself all within walking distance. The service from our arrival at Faro airport where our driver was waiting for us to our departure was perfect. Michael's advice on where to eat and drink was very helpful. We would certainly recommend this apartment to our friends and we hope to be back to this apartment later this year.

How do damage deposits work?
