This luxury ground floor apartment is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Close to the lovely fishing village of Alvor. Stylishly furnished with every convenience catered for. We have cable TV and high speed WiFi, which offers dozens of English language channels and a free film/TV library. The apartment comprises of a large lounge/dining room, modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double with en-suite and 1 twin). Family bathroom with spa bath.

The apartment has air conditioning/heating. All rooms lead onto a large private terrace with access to the large swimming pool, exclusive to our block, as well as gardens and BBQs. There are 2 secure underground parking spaces with lift and video entry system.

There are shops, cafes and restaurants within and around the complex.5 minute drive ( 30 min walk ) to the town, shops and the best beaches in the Algarve. New, Intermarche supermarket, 10 min walk. Ideal for families with small children as all rooms lead out to the large secure terrace with outside lighting, which has a table, chairs, and sun loungers. There is a children's play area close by.

Both rooms have air conditioning/heater, built in wardrobes and patio doors with electric security shutters leading out to the terrace. Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to master bedroom with hydro shower, basin and toilet. Hair dryer supplied. Family bathroom with spa bath with shower, toilet and bidet. Both have electric points. Kitchen: Modern and stylish with ample storage. Fully equipped with table and chairs, cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee makers, kettle and toaster. Patio doors with electric security shutters lead out onto the terrace. Living Rooms: Large and stylish lounge/dining room. Fully equipped with two 3 seater leather sofas, one converts to a double bed, dining table for 6 with leather chairs, air con/heater, TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, WI-FI. Patio doors with electric security shutters lead onto terrace. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: The apartment is fully cleaned prior to your arrival. An additional 1 hour midstay clean & towel/bed linen change can be arranged in advance at a charge, price on request. However, a washing machine and airers are provided for your use should you wish to do this yourselves.

House rules

Our apartment complex is a quiet, mainly residential block, so really not suitable for groups of young people. We have to respect the feelings of our neighbours, so we ask guests to be quiet if outside after 10pm and no loud music in or out after this time. Please don't be offended if we turn down group bookings of young people, as we are bound by the rules of the condominium. Many thanks Liz and Ian.

Why can't I call Liz (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Liz (the owner) a message.

If Liz (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
