Very pretty!!!! It is a very nice home and great to spend a restful vacation. It has a living room with tv, sofa bed and radio. It has a fully equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, toaster and coffee machine and toaster. It has one bathroom nice and big. It has a bedroom conduas beds and wardrobe. Here you can find a restaurant, a bar sanck, a disco, an ice cream parlor, stationery and a mini club for children. You can also find Camps of tennis, soccer, basketball, squash and playgrounds. It may also have at your disposal a vacuum cleaner and hairdryer.

This property appeals to couples and families looking for a quiet accommodation, relaxing and flexible.Located in the heart of Alvor, Clube Brisamar provides self-contained accommodation a 3-minute drive from Alvor Beach.

Localization:

This complex, ideal for families, are situated in a tranquila zone, next to the piscatória village of Alvor. The center of the place meets it 1,3 km. The foot will be able to arrive easily the stores, trades, discotheques, bars and restaurants. The beach next meets it 1,5 6 km and to km exists other beaches. To 100 distance m meets 67 transport public and to km meets the airport.

As to arrive:

For the A22 highway, it will follow in the direction of Portimão. To take the output direction Alvor (1,4km). In the rotunda it turns in 2ª output direction Alvor and follows for the road Mounts of Alvor

Why can't I call Rosa (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rosa (the owner) a message.

If Rosa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
