This superior 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apt is in an excellent location,5 mins walk to the stunning Alvor beach,and 5 mins walk to the centre of Alvor,car hire is not necessary. The apt is within easy access to the top golf courses 3kms, the closest being the local Alto Golf & Penina Championship golf course.

Accommodation comprises of master bedroom with double bed & en suite bathroom,the second bedroom also has a double bed, living room with dining & seating areas for 6, and a sofa that converts into a bed, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen.Large terrace with furniture and surrounding garden area. Cable tv with English channels and secure car parking space provided.Cleaning / Laundry provided weekly.

A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. The balance of 70% is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.Check in is after 12:30 on day of arrival,and checkout is before 10:30am on day of departure. If no other guests are arriving / departing on the same day other arrangements are possible.It is the responsibility of the guests to organise their own personal insurance.For any cancellation till 6 weeks before the date of entrance, there will be no refund. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation requests at our own discretion.

The apartment has a good sized terrace, that has patio furniture,and overlooks the garden area which is very tranquil, and safe for the children to play in.There are 2 swimming pools, one for adults & one for children,outdoor showers, bathroom facilities adjacent to the swimming pool area, sun loungers are available poolside.

“Great apartment, great location.”

Spacious, clean, ground floor apartment, beautiful décor, quiet location, close to beach and village (10 min walk to each - trainers or flat shoes are a good idea) Kitchen well equipped, including a new washing machine and dishwasher. Can't fault the property. We would not hesitate to book again.

We've recently returned from a stay at this fab ground floor apartment. The apartment overlooks the rear gardens and is a short walk from the communal swimming pool. The whole complex is gated and secure and the apartment itself had shuttered doors and windows. It's only about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants & bars as well as the pretty harbour. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable and spacious. It pretty much has everything you need, including a sun umbrella for use by the pool. If I was visiting Alvor again I'd definitely stay here and would recommend it to couples, families or groups.

We have just enjoyed a wonderful week, we went with our daughter, husband and their 1 year old baby and we all found the apartment very pleasing. It is in a wonderful spot, a very short walk to the beach and town centre. The complex is clean and very secure with a very good pool attendant on duty at all times The apartment is spacious with the added benefit of the terrace opening onto a large garden area, ideal for young children. We found the owner very obliging and any correspondence leading up to the holiday was answered promptly. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Another plus is you are only minutes from the Chill Out Bar, good value for money.

Just returned from Mr Santiago's lovely ground floor apartment. Doesn't overlook pool area which suited us, since it's quieter but still convenient . Secure grounds and shuttered windows and doors meant few concerns regarding our 4 & 2 year old grandchildren. Communal areas well maintained. Within 5 or so mins. walk of beach, harbour and excellent restaurants, bars and village centre amentities in Alvor. Furnishings comfortable IKEA standard, which is fine for family holiday use. Owner has invited us to make suggestions to make the guest experience even better. I was concerned that a contract wasn't forthcoming from the owner, but everything went as promised and planned. Already looking forward to visiting Alvor again in future and wouldn't hesitate in booking the same apartment.Alvor is great for families but I wouldn't recommend it for those seeking a lively night-life.
