WC 2 Interiores e 1 exterior,sendo o exterior de serviço á piscina e como tal comum aos dois pisos.

Tem estacionamento seguro para dois carros para este piso, e mais um carro para o piso inferior portões de segurança e zona ajardinada.

Fica a 5 minutos do centro de Alvor ( a pé ) e a 15 minutos da praia de Alvor ( a pé ) com bons restaurantes e zona comercial a 5 minutos.

Para os amantes da natureza poderão observar (na época) a nidificação dos flamingos e outras espécies na ria de Alvor podem fazer ainda caminhadas no calçadão ou á beira mar.

Pode ainda dedicar-se á pesca ou a desportos náuticos.

Para quem tem crianças pode escolher nos arredores os parques aquáticos ou o Zomarine.

Para quem gosta de adrenalina tem a 3 Km o aérodromo onde pode fazer salto em páraquedas.

    Beautiful place to stay but this is not a villa and is rented out as two separate apartments.

    The villa was perfect for a big family holiday with 11 people we used both the top and bottom apartments which meant we had the whole place to ourselves. The villa was clean and had everything you nee… More
