Sitting directly overlooking a private, pristine beach front, Compass Pointe II provides the perfect location for enjoying Mother Nature's glory. Elevators take you to your third floor unit making this location convenient for everyone.

Creatively designed and impressively decorated, 'Breathtaking' provides a spacious great room where you have a front row seat to the 180 degree view of the Gulf, the beach and the natural vegetation amidst the dunes and walkways along the beachfront. Exquisitely decorated with a large great room that includes the living area,dining area and upscale 'Viking Professional' line kitchen with granite bar and stainless appliances and 'no walls' to obstruct your views.

Luxuriate in the grand master bedroom suite with its four-poster, Tommy Bahama bed, sitting area and adjoining private bath with a Jacuzzi plus a large, walk-in shower. Awake to views of the emerald green waters or go out on the porch accessible from your bedroom. A guest suite with Queen bed and private bath also offers incredible gulf views and access to the gulf front porch. A third bedroom suite features a Queen bed plus a Twin bed and trundle - great room for another adult couple or for the kids to enjoy.

Relax on the tiled, wrap-around porch while that overlooks the gulf front pool and provides the best location for gazing out across the magnificent beachfront. Beach walkway is just steps from your door and the community clubhouse and pool is 100 yards away.

For your swimming pleasure, three pools are available for your use. There are two commercial grills that you may use. You may the Compass Point II pool which is directly viewable from our balcony. You may also use the community pools and pool houses named Bridges and Dunesider. These also have grills and grassy areas. WaterSound Beach Club is a private, members only, club. VRBO Guests staying in WaterSound Beach are not allowed to use this pool.

WaterSound has more than one mile of private, white, sandy beaches for you to enjoy. Other amenities include Puttering Park (18 hole putt-putt course), Yacht pond, playground, walking paths and boardwalks throughout the community and access to Camp Creek Lake. A state of the art fitness center is available for a small fee. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available.

The surrounding area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Over 20,000 acres is state-owned and therefore protected from future development. It is home to one of the most beautiful beaches in the nation, South Walton Beach, and also has 17 fresh and salt-water lakes and the Choctawhatchee Bay.

The 30-A bike trail will take you from Santa Rosa Beach to Inlet Beach. Along the way you can enjoy the communities of Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. Deer Creek State Park is located next to WaterSound Beach and other state park are just a short bike ride or drive away. The area has some of the best restaurants and most unique shops along the Scenic Emerald Coast of South Walton County.

Golfers can enjoy numerous courses in the area including Santa Rosa Country Club, Kelly Plantation, Regatta Bay, Emerald Bay and Indian Bayou.

WaterSound Beach is located about halfway between Destin and Panama City Beach. Destin features Destin Commons, Grand Boulevard and Silver Sands Factory Stores. Panama City Beach is home to Pier Park Mall with over 120 stores to choose from.

Located midway between Seaside/Watercolor and Rosemary Beach, there are many shops and restaurants and coffee shops convenient to you. Parking for two cars. Also, you are only minutes from the Camp Creek Golf Club.

How do damage deposits work?
