Our home, situated just north of the highway between East Hampton and Amagansett, is the ideal base for your family's vacation.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom house is bright and spacious. From the covered porch, you'll enter through the expansive living room/dining room/kitchen area. This is the hub of the home, with direct access to the huge rear deck and pool. With high ceilings, the living and dining area is a perfect place to entertain your friends and family or just chill out in front of the 55-inch TV.

The family wing consists of three bedrooms. The massive master suite features a king bed, fireplace, sliding door to the rear deck and ensuite bathroom with tub, shower and dual sinks. The second bedroom has two twin beds with room to spare. The third bedroom is configured to convert easily from a den by day to bedroom at night. It's the perfect place for the kids to watch TV or play a game while the grownups enjoy their own time in the living room. The sectional sofa in the den breaks down to become two twin beds. Two bathrooms are available in this wing: a powder room and a full bathroom with tub/shower with its own exterior door for direct access to the pool.

To the other side of the kitchen you'll find the secluded guest suite. The wooded preserve area that surrounds the house is visible across the blue water of the pool. Featuring a queen-sized bed, this high-ceilinged room has an ensuite bathroom with shower. The rear deck is directly accessible through a sliding glass door.

There's plenty of room in the backyard to toss a ball or play a game of badminton. And the heated 20x40 foot pool will keep the kids entertained for hours. The rear deck is huge, with a dining table big enough for 10, gas BBQ grill and a ping pong table for some lively pre-dinner fun. The home is in a neighborhood with no through roads, so it's a perfect place for the kids to take an unsupervised bike ride without worries about speeding traffic.

To keep you connected, the home features premium cable internet, whole-house wifi, and Optimum TV with a wide selection of channels. There's a foosball table in the basement, where you'll find a washer and dryer.

When it's time to leave your comfortable beach home, you've got many options. The charming Amagansett village is just 12 minutes away on foot. (And there's a sidewalk so you don't have to walk on the shoulder of the road.) It's an easy 5 minute bike ride to the legendary Indian Wells beach. If you prefer to drive, the charming local shops in Amagansett are just three minutes away. Or head west and in four minutes you'll be at Citarella, Starbucks and the East Hampton boutiques.
