This attractive villa stands on the edge of the village but is only 7 minutes walk from the sandy beach and also the village centre where you will find tavernas, cafes and local shops. Please note this furnished villa is offered for rent by a private owner on a self-catering basis only. No additional hotel type services are offered.

It offers very flexible accommodation making it ideal for friends or family groups who like to holiday together but who also want some privacy.

If you are less than 12 people we offer special rates for smaller families who may not wish to use all the accommodation offered. There are many balconies with lovely views over the surrounding olive groves and, from the 2nd floor, of the sea. Located just south of Volos, the villa makes an ideal base for visiting sites such as Delphi and Meteora, and also the Pelion peninsula.

This holiday rental villa consists of 2 floors arranged as follows:
!st floor has large 'L' shaped living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC. This floor is fully air-conditioned. It also has a large balcony great for eating 'alfresco' and 3 other smaller ones to make the most of the sun.
2nd floor has two bedrooms, 2 living rooms each with double sofabed for 2 people, 2 kitchen areas and 2 bathrooms. These bedrooms are air-conditioned and ceiling fans cool both living rooms. This floor has a large balcony and 4 other small balconies with lovely views of the olive clad hillsides and the Pagasitic Gulf in the distance.

Awesome villa full of all amenities! Excellent site in nature with a view of the sea! The owner was really helpful and catered for all our needs! It's surely worth visiting it.

The night time temperatures have indeed been exceptionally low this April. I am sorry you did not feel warm enough but the apartment has oil fired central heating which could have been turned on had you requested it. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Polyxeni (the owner) a message.

If Polyxeni (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
