Ground floor: entrance with porch, triple lounge with fireplace and satellite tv, kitchen complete with all appliances, bathroom with washing machine.

First floor: 2 double bedrooms both with fantastic terrace with amazing view on Sant ' eufemia gulf (look photos), bathroom. First floor: 2 double bedrooms stylish rooms with Gulf view terrace (see photo), bathroom Second Floor: Master bedroom with personal bathroom, fantastic terrace with amazing view, access to attic/mansard. Second floor: bedroom (50 sqm) with personal bathroom, fantastic Gulf view terrace, access to private rent.

The property is completed by imperial swimming pool on terrace (photo) and private courtyard in front of the house, perfectly to parking.

The distance of the villa from Amantea's beach is 6-7 km (5 minutes by car). The nearest typical restaurant (cottage U Cannatiellu) is 0.8-1 km.

    Siamo profondamente dispiaciuti per il disagio che in quella settimana hanno avuto i nostri ospiti ma gli incendi nelle nostre colline non si erano mai verificati e ciò ha comportato un utilizzo straordinario dell'acqua dei serbatoi di riserva a cui si è aggiunta una riduzione dell' acqua potabile da parte dell'amministrazione comunale.
