This unique and modern villa to rent enjoys a prime position in the resort of Amarilla Golf and Country Club on the south coast of Tenerife. Set right on the picturesque golf course it also looks has wonderful sea and mountain views!

The villa has just been redesigned and refurbished with 5 bedrooms plus a separate flat on the side. Perfect for large families or big groups.

The villa is villa is located just a 10 minute walk from the marina with its sea front, bars and restuarants.

Combine a fantastic location, a large pool and garden, and a hugely spacious villa and you have have one a fantastic Tenerife villa to rent.

Guests at this villa are invited for a free welcome drink of Cava at the owner's high quality restaurant just 10 minutes walk away at his development called Amarilla Golf Villas. Whilst you will be given local / emergency telephone numbers this will also act as your “reception” during your stay. All the on-site staff at Amarilla Golf Villas will be happy to look after you should you have any requirements during your stay. The restaurant is also worth a visit for a meal as the food is excellent.

The villa has been refurbished from top to bottom and cleverly designed with 5 bedrooms plus a separate flat on the side. Perfect for large families or big groups. There are 5 bedrooms in the villa and one other in a separate flat.

There is high speed wi-fi and a very unique satellite TV system with literally 1000s of channels in all languages. (This includes, BBC, ITV, SKY, BT etc).

There is parking within the gated forecourt for 2 cars and plenty of free on-street parking right outside the villa.Lounge: The beautifully furnished living area has 3 x leather sofas and gorgeous ornaments, fixtures and fittings. . Patio doors open to the gorgeous pool area and those lovely sea views. There are additional sofas on the lawn of the garden.Kitchen / Dining area: State of the art kitchen including, oven, steam oven in the wall, ceramic touch button hob and ceramic wok hob, dishwasher, jet stream hose kitchen sink, large fridge freezer etc. Everything you will need and more is in this kitchen. There is a seperate utility room with washine machine etc. In between the kitchen and lounge section is the dining area which has large table and chairs. Additional dining is situated on the covered sun terrace by the pool. Bedrooms: Upstairs - the master bedroom has a king size bed, plasma screen television, music system and ample built in wardrobe space. There are double patio doors opening onto a lovely sun balcony.The second double bedroom is also upstairs. Again this has its own sun terrace with lovely views..

The two upstairs bedrooms share a gorgeous bathroom with shower, WC and basin.

There is a further double bedrooms downstairs with ensuite bathroom and doors out to the gardens. There is a two twin bedrooms, with patio doors to the gardens on one side and an interconnecting doors to a 2nd twin on the other. These 2 bedrooms share a shower room and WC. There is also a separate cloakroom with WC downstairs. Adjacent to the property and accessed through the gardens is a lovely studio flat with kitchenette, double bedroom, TV and ensuite bathroom with shower. This is a high quality villa offering very comfortable and spacious accommodation. It is very rare in Tenerife to find such huge landscaped gardens, particularly offering such great views.

The stunning pool area has one of the largest pools around - and it's electrically heated too! It therefore keeps a lovely all year round temperature. Around the pool are plenty of sun beds and parasols. As you walk around the pool and the gardens you will find several tables and chairs dotted all around. From the garden and pool area you have wonderful sea views.To one end of the garden is a lovely pergola / summer house where you can sit in comfort and admire the views. This is a great place for an evening drink to watch the sun go down.

We are aware that after a very busy winter season where we have had people coming in and out on the same day for a few months in a row that there are a few maintenance issues that need to be resolved. We have pencilled off a week over the summer to spend going through the whole villa to make sure it is of a very high standard. We have a unique villa - with more space and better views than any other I have seen. We absolutely want to make give our clients the best experience possible in the villa and obtain 5 star reviews. Thank you for the review. The pool is heated by the best solar heating system available on the island which is just as good as any electrical heater. Please remember that unfortunately, the island had the coldest winter on record for 25 years, and it was still unusually mild in April. The water has just not had a chance to heat up. (And pools aren't heated by boilers!!) I have absolutely no idea how you can say the kitchen is unworkable for more than 1 person....It's a good sized kitchen with high quality appliances. I truly don't know what more can be added to it. The oven works in exactly the same way as any other oven I know.... Having said that, you were met on arrival and you had all our contact details. One phone call and we would have been around to advise you how to use it. Also as you know, we have a reception for our guests at our development called Amarilla Golf Villas which is a 5 min walk away. Had you popped in then again we would have been around immediately to help you. It seems strange to write on a review that you couldn't operate a fully functional oven when you could have called us at any stage during your visit for help. We appreciate all reviews and we will listen to all feedback so we can improve our service. If any of our guests has any issues at all please do let us know as we are only moments away. It's a wonderful villa, with amazing gardens and superb views. We want to help our clients have the best experience possible within it. Please refer to the previous 5 star review where the guest took us up on our offer of a free welcome drink at Amarilla Golf Villas and enjoyed fantastic service throughout. This is what we want to offer everyone. But apart from meeting you on arrival, as we didn't hear anything from you all week, we can only assume you are very happy. Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
