Each room is tastefully furnished with large king size bed (60 x 75 inch) with mosquito net, mirror table, towel rack, wooden cupboard, two chairs, bed side table, electric fan and night lamp. Each room is separately lockable, separately accessible and has large window for good ventilation and ample day light. Both rooms are has split type air conditioners. (Please note that price given by system not include air conditioning facilities, and if you need air conditioning, you will have to pay 8$ extra per day)
The bathroom is large, fully tiled, equipped with high quality bathroom fittings, and has hot water bath facilities. It is separately accessible from both rooms and to be used in sharing basis. When only one room is occupied it is private for occupants.
Cooking and Dining area is located separately from villa house but accessible for 24/7. There is refrigerator, gas stove, cooking utensils, cutleries, dining table and chairs and cupboard for guest’s use.

The accommodation is about 3 minutes’ walk from the beach and about 8 minutes’ walk from the centre of the town. The surroundings are flush with greenery. Quite a few varieties of birds, stripped squrilles can be seen from the rooms. Occasionally bands of monkeys are spotted from your rooms. Staying here will give you a feeling of residing in a village even though it is well within the town. When you are at my place access to many tourist attraction are very convenient.
