The Space

This newly build guest house is located very very close to beach. This a four story building, each floor of building has separate access without making interference to other floors. All together there are 10 private guest rooms in SAGA HOME. Room no 5 has private attached washroom. There are another 6 spacious washrooms to be shared between remaining 9 rooms. There fore even when house is fully occupied there will be several vacant washrooms at any given time. Each floor has one wash room with hot water bath facilities.

There is a kitchen for each floor of SAGA HOME. Kitchens are equipped with refrigerator, ,microwave oven, bread roster , hot water cattle , cutlery and plates. So if you have plans to do your own cooking this will be ideal place.

Ground, 1st and 2nd floors have spacious living rooms for common use. This is space is ideal for gatherings, watching television and dining.

Most exciting place in entire home is rooftop. This is a 700 square feet large. As SAGA HOME is build in beach side elevated land, rooftop is ideal place for relaxing while experiencing see breeze. Watching sun setting over western beach from rooftop will be a unforgettable experience.

SAGA HOME is very close to beach. Walking to beach from SAGA HOME is just two minutes. Beach here is unpolluted and less crowded. You can reach Ambalangoda Bus stand, railway station and city center by 5 minutes walk. There are plenty of restaurants, groceries, supermarkets and shops to buy anything you need. Having fishing Barbour and two rivers ,Ambalangoda is a ideal place to experience fresh sea food varieties at very reasonable price.

Room 8

Room 8 is located in 1st floor of house. This is a average size room, ideal for single person. But as it also has queen size bed accommodating couple is possible. It has access both from outside and inside of house. There are 3 large windows to this room. The room is furnished with modern high quality furniture including queen size bed (60x78 inch), mirror table, wardrobe , towel rack, small table with two chairs. Mosquito net and electric stand fan is also provided.

All occupants will be provided with free bed linen and bath towels, which will be changed every 3 days.

Free WIFI internet is available.
