The design and interior décor are to a high standard with all home comforts. Patio doors in the living room open out on to the outside dining area under the veranda which looks over the swimming pool surrounded by large expanses of lawned gardens adorned with flower beds and palm trees. Situated on the ground floor, the apartment provides greater safety for children and others who do not wish to negotiate stairs. Private parking is 10 metres away. WiFi internet is installed.

15 min walk away, white sandy beaches stretch for miles in either direction flanked by dunes and small cliffs providing glorious walks. Travelling along the coast to Peniche you will encounter some stunning ocean views to the Berlenga Islands which you can visit by boat from Peniche. The islands are a nature reserve with nesting sites along the rugged cliffs and coves. The Berlengas are also a major attraction for scuba diving & this stretch of coastline is a haven for surfers. The resort boasts the 5 star Marriott with other activities.

Golf: Golfers will not be disappointed with the course and its manicured quality, suffice to say it has gained ratings of Nº1 in Portugal (Peugeot guide) and Nº13 in Europe (Golf World). The views as you walk around the course resort are stunning and constantly changing from cliff top ocean views, local countryside and pine forest bordering the lush fairways. A truly great golfing experience.

Club hire and PGA professionals are available for lesson. If you are planning on quite a few rounds of golf, then you can have a change of venue and play at West Cliffs or Bom Sucesso or Royal Óbidos, all close by.

The clubhouse is well equipped with a well stocked shop and a bar and restaurant for light snacks or full meals with a choice of local or international cuisine.

The apartment is situated in a small cul de sac development. It is great for children who can run freely around the grounds. Parking is located at the rear and to the front the pool and surrounding area is comprised of beautiful lawned gardens adorned with flowering shrubs and palm trees. Perfect for total relaxation.

Guests will receive directions and other general inormation about the aparment via email during the week prior to the holiday. The owners live near Coimbra and are available for anything the guests might need during their stay. The lady who manages the company that looks after the apartment is readily on hand and lives a 10 minute drive away.
