Nuestro precioso apartamento de dos habitaciones ha sido diseñado para el disfrute y el comfort de nuestros huéspedes. Ideal para parejas o familias. Disponéis de todo lo necesario para pasar las vacaciones con vuestros hijos. A unos 350 metros del centro de Ampuero y de las piscinas municipales. La zona es conocida por su rocosidad, ideal para escaladores, por el río Asón, por el que podréis descender en piragua, y por sus encierros durante las fiestas que se celebran en septiembre.

La vivienda tiene dos habitaciones, una con cama de matrimonio y otra con una cama nido. Además, el sofá se hace cama también. Tiene un baño completo con bañera y cocina americana frente al ventanal del salón. Desde su terraza podréis ver la piscina.

Si os gusta la lectura, tenemos una variedad de libros para que os relajéis. A vuestra disposición también juegos por si os apetece entreteneros.

Los más pequeños tienen libros y juguetes para que también se entretengan. Además, tenemos cubertería y vajilla infantil, un cambiador, bañera para bebés, orinal, cuna de viaje y trona.

Tendréis un detalle de bienvenida a vuestra llegada.

El acceso a la vivienda lo podréis realizar por el garaje o, si lo preferís, podréis aparcar en el recinto que encontraréis justo enfrente. Mi recomendación es que, si decidís aparcar fuera, al menos lo metáis dentro por la noche. Junto al aparcamiento hay un parque de mayores y una zona infantil con columpios. La urbanización tiene piscina, que abre desde el 15 de junio al 15 de septiembre.

Estaremos muy pendientes de que no os falte de nada para que solo tengáis que dedicaros a disfrutar. Disponemos de cuna de bebé, así que si la necesitáis, indicádnoslo y os lo dejaremos todo preparado. Si tenéis una necesidad especial haremos lo posible por ayudaros.

No os olvidéis calzado de montaña por si os apetece hacer alguna ruta de senderismo, de visitar las cuevas de Altamira o el Parque Natural de Cabárceno, de lanzaros en piragua por el río Asón y de pasaros el sábado por el mercadillo del pueblo, donde encontraréis todos los productos típicos de la zona.

¡Ah! Y si vuestros hijos son de los que disfrutan pintando en las paredes tenemos una columna de pizarra y unas tizas para que desarrollen toda su creatividad.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
