Bed & Kitchen, fully equipped, luxury design apartment, 50 square meters.
Entire second floor of a recently renovated brown-stone on the quiet Noorderstraat.
Canals, Museums, Restaurants, Shopping, Sightseeing, Terraces, Movie theatres, Markets, Public Transport, everything around the corner.
Fireplace, piano, television, dvd, 20' iMac, wireless internet, iPod/iPhone speaker docking station, CD player, CD's, DVD player, DVD's.
Own bathroom with floor heating, toilet, washbasin, shower, Miele wash- and drying machine, hair-drier.
Kitchen completely equipped with a.o. Smeg 5-burner gas ring, combi microwave oven, Bosch refrigerator, Miele dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine, milk frother, cooker.
Comfortable double Auping bed, 160 x 200 cm, with 2 duvets (140 x 200 cm).
If you travel with two singles, one of you can use the sofa bed in the living area.
Linen and towels are provided.

“Misleading advertisment, however great room”
Myself and my boyfriend booked this place for a weekend, we loved the look and wanted somewhere homely to stay so when we saw the studio we thought it was perfect, however when we got there and the landlord introduced herself and went upstairs we realised it was a house share! we had a lock on the door which was a regular front room door. We didn't mind too much however it was a little disappointing as we felt we was living with someone else. The second night we met up with two friends and came back to the apartment around 1ish and was relatively quiet we had the TV on and was chatting and laughing one of our friends had fallen asleep so you can imagine it was quite a chilled setting, the landlord came down and knocked on the door as we answered she shouted that the TV shouldn't be on and we was making too much noise and should be aware of what time it is and that our friends need to leave, we politely said ok and called our friends a cab, when we got up the next day around 11am we crept around and packed our stuff to leave, we didn't want to make too much noise as we didn't know if the landlord was awake upstairs. The place itself was Lovely and we had everything we needed however it would of been great if the advertisement had more details like times that you should go to bed and wake up, or when the TV is allowed to be switched on. The second day we left I forgot to turn the fan off in the bathroom and the landlord text me kindly asking me to turn this off when I leave which is fine but you can imagine that noise easily travels upstairs. So taking this all into consideration this place would perfect for anyone that does not mind following the guidelines (once they are set) and sharing a house with the landlord.
