From the owner

Newly built luxury apartment for up to 4 guests in the centre of Amsterdam. It is located only 100 metres from the Leidseplein and 150 metres from the world famous Rijksmuseum.

Everything is simply 'around the corner': the museum quarter (Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh museum, etc), nightlife district (including Paradiso, Melkweg, Casino), art, antiques and curios quarter, shopping streets, nice restaurants, bars, etc.

This comfortable apartment is fully independent and has a private entrance. The apartment is located on the ground floor at the rear of the house where the host live.

The apartment has floor heating and air conditioning.

There is a dining table with four chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven / microwave, kettle, fully automatic bean coffee machine, crockery, pans, etc. Free coffee & tea is provided.

The separate bedroom is equipped with a super king size bed for a comfortable night. The double sofa bed in the living area is for the 3rd and 4th guest (making it a 200x160cm bed). The luxurious bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower.

The apartment has its own patio with lots of privacy where you can sit outside. The bedroom and living room overlook the patio.

Bed linen and towels are included. There is a flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi. You can find laundry facilities across the street.

Check in time is 14:00 and check out time is 11:00. Depending on other bookings we can be flexible.

Why can't I call Mireille (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mireille (the owner) a message.

If Mireille (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
