The charming, clean and cozy studio is equipped with all modern comforts but has retained the charm that characterizes a historic property. Conveniently situated within walking distance from all the major attractions in the city-centre
The studio is for 2 people and has it's own private bathroom with shower cabin and toilet. This means you will have complete privacy.
The small but characteristic studio of 30m2 is located on the fourth and top floor, overlooking the roofs in a lovely and typical 19th century Amsterdam building that has been completely modernized. (Building dates from Anno 1889).
The building has a 'typical' steep staircase, ideal for light travellers, but not advised if you have limited mobility or just have an aversion to climbing stairs, in all other cases you will be absolutely fine. Of course I will assist carrying luggage when possible.

When arriving early or when you have a late flight back we offer to drop your luggage in the hallway so you can start exploring Amsterdam.
For guest arriving very late at night we also offer the possibility to use our easy keysafe system to check yourself in. (I'm always available when you need assistance)
In the room you'll find an information map with general information, my favourite places to have breakfast and restaurants (in all price ranges) in the neighborhood, nearest supermarkets, night supermarkets, bike rentals, city trips and my favorite spots not to be missed besides all hot spots. The booklet is much appreciated by all guests and made there stay extra pleasant and convenient.
We don't offer a real kitchen but in the hallway next to your door there's a LG microwave-combi oven available.( In the room you'l find a list with supermarket who offer very good quality prepared meals and cheap restaurants around the corner.)
When staying over 7 nights I can also offer you to use our washer in the hallway, normal only for private use. (Or contact me)
We are one of the few hosts in Amsterdam who can offer to use our prive indoor parking garage when arriving by car (not included in the price)
Public parking in the street is also possible but expensive (approx 40 euro a day)
From Schiphol to our B&B the best way is to travel by Amsterdam Airport Express bus 397. The bus ride is 30 minutes only, leaves every 10 minutes, pay 6 euro by card at the driver. The last busstop is just 200 meter distance from our house.

“Excellent little apartment”
A good set of stairs to climb but at the top a fantastic apartment, nice and clean and airy with everything you need for a nice stay in Amsterdam. A bus that takes you from the airport to right near the property and just a short walk from the city centre Literally 2 minutes walk to supermarket and cafe and a boat hire place Fantastic place hope to return again soon
“Gorgeous comfortable apartment”
Clean and bright and peaceful at night. Just what we needed for a three night stay in Amsterdam. Marielle and Alex made us very welcome and the beds were super comfortable ! Feel confident to book - and don't complain about the many stairs - this is amsterdam ! It is a lovely district with canals and leafy walks to good places to eat and drink
