A local stay, yet close to all major activities of Amsterdam. This a compact apartment with a kitchen, a toilet. and shower. With one double / 1 sofa bed. Decorated with Art and vintage items. Free WiFi access, linen, towel set, coffee, and tea are provided.

Decorated with art pieces made by the owner, who is a professional artist.

Bos en Lommer area (BOLO) is a great choice for travelers interested in nightlife, coffee places, dine and cycling.

Various bus and tram stops are located at 50 meters away and offer direct access to Central Station and Dam Square 10 to 15 minutes Jordaan and Anne Frank 2 Km only away, Jordaan (1.9 km) and Vondelpark (2.6 km). Or to Amsterdam beach direct line within 50 minutes! If you feel like visiting local art, nightlife, bars, and restaurants check out Cultural Westerpark (600 meters)

Excellent public transport, bicycle rent upon request.

Keep the walls white please , don't smash suitcases or dirty hands to the white walls. Don't use open fire/ candles/ matches etc. in the studio or smoke. Smoking is allowed outside up front the house..Extra cleaning on request.

Hello, I do not recognize this, if it was true, you should have told me!! I have no idea were or why a hairball was stuck.?? . this is the first bad review about cleanly ness in 10 years! I find it disappointed that you do not dear to talk me straight in the face if you were not happy, so I can solve any problem directly, but if you don't communicate, it is hard to believe this is true?, Because you have seen me every day, and smile to me, but not telling me anything, strange it is!! i ask every guest, to please notify me if you need anything, so if you tell me everything is fine...how can i believe this??

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Carla (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carla (the owner) a message.

If Carla (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
