New on Tripadvisor:

3 Room groundfloor appartement within the cityring Amsterdam nearby the river Amstel. Public transport (train, subway, bus) are nearby and will take you to the centre of the city in 15 min. Shops, restaurants, grocery are within 5-10 min walk. The appartment is recently renovated and has a private garden and private entrance. The place is quiet, sunny and situated along a canal in a friendly neighbourhood.

Layout of the house: 1 livingroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 child's bed.

The bathroom/toilet has a rainshower and washstand. The house is provided with central heating which is easy to operate. The kitchen is fully equipped: gas stove, oven/microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffeemachine, water cooker, toaster etc.

Our living room is comfortable, overlooking the inner garden. In front of the appartment is a spacious bedroom which views the canal.

Free Internet and television are available.

Acces: There are no steps or stairs in the appartment except a very low step when you enter the bathroom.

We all really enjoyed staying in the apartment including the comfortable beds, good shower and spacious living room. Everything was very clean. And it was very peaceful. We appreciated the time that Ferdinand spent with us showing us around the apartment and telling about the local area. We found the streets nearby to be quiet. Shops and restaurants were a few minutes’ walk away. Transport links, especially the metro (underground) were good. We had a great holiday and definitely recommend the apartment!

The entire description about apartment is correct. My friends and I had pleasant stay and we would recommend it. Ferdinand is a friendly and welcoming host. He give us a little tour of apartment which helped us to blend in really fast. He also prepared us map of key points in neighborhood so we didn't had to search for anything.

Wir wurden von Ferdinand sehr nett in der Wohnung empfangen.

Diese war sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet, alles entsprach den Beschreibungen und Fotos,..... sehr sauber, angenehm ruhig!

Parken kann man rund um die Uhr in einer Parkgarage nahebei, direkt vor dem Haus ebenfalls, ist aber teurer.

Wir haben es genossen, die Fahrräder dabei zu haben, waren mit diesen innerhalb von 10 min im Stadtzentrum oder auch am Van Gogh Museum bzw. Concertgebouw. Auch der Kontakt vor der Ankunft war reibungslos und ausgesprochen freundlich, alles verlief bestens.

Wir können diese Wohnung und den lieben Gastgeber nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen!!!

We will welcome you when checking in and handover the key. During your stay you can always get in contact with us by telephone or mail. You will find all contact information and pratical information about shops, restaurants, public transport, bike rentals, doctor, pharmacy etc. in the appartment. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ferdinand (the owner) a message.

If Ferdinand (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
