IMPORTANT!:

I had to leave in a rush whilst cleaning. the bedroom, toilet and living room are well cleaned but the kitchen was not done yet. This is why the price is reduced 40%. So if you book please expect some dishes and cleaning stuff still lying around. For this rest the appartment is absolutely lovely and you'll have a great time (and cheaper) if you don't mind clearing the sink and some minor uncleanliness.

If you'd draw one circle around Amsterdam and another round the apartment you would see a board and a Bulls eye. it is situated in one of the most popular neighbourhoods and is literally a 3-10 minute bike ride away from any other neighbourhood inside the ring.

I am a young aspiring writer currently finalizing his début. In order to write I leave the vibrant centre and look for quiet places out of town. This makes that the apartment is very adjusted to quiet and concentrated way of living rather than being an a personal plastic picture perfect. though of course it is thoroughly cleaned and vacated as much as possible for visitors. traces remain, for example in the sight of a hundred great books or dozens of sports tools.

At the back of the house there is a 20 m2 garden which is a great place to have dinner on clear evenings, or to do some exercises / contemplation.

The street itself, though central, is very quiet and the neighbours are all very kind (especially the ones across the street in the old printing office, which is full of machines that once were a familiar sight to our grandparents).

How do damage deposits work?
