L 'hotel located in the center of Anacapri, the villa in the typical architecture of Capri. It is located a short walk from the direct bus terminal to bathing sites, the famous square and the harbor where you can take advantage of boat services to the Blue Grotto, and for the tour of the beautiful caves around the island. The house is located a few meters from the Post Office Bank, typical bars and restaurants. A short distance away you can visit the famous Villa Axel Munthte, the beautiful view of the "Belvedere della Migliara", the spectacular view of the entire Gulf of Naples and the Sorrento peninsula from the top of Mount Solaro, both easily reachable with a magical chairlift crossing fruit trees and flowering shrubs in the silence of nature. Nearby you can rent scooters, go shopping in the street of the monument overlooked by high-fashion boutiques and charming boutiques. The villa has a large terrace with flower beds, a solarium. It is suitable for receptions. You can use the kitchen, cook on request, baby sytter, domestic workers, and hairdresser at home.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Laura (the owner) a message.

If Laura (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
