Our home has open plan and bright 1400 sq. ft. 1-story house, you will find a home away from home. Central climate control panel, office station with printer & FREE WI-FI, game room with ping-pong table, foosball, air hockey, movies library. Flat screen HDTV in all rooms w/ expanded cable up to 200+ channels. There is also DVDs, games library & costumes for your little ones, perfect for a day out at Disneyland.

House is newly remodeled fit up to 9 people. Master bedrm w/ King-size bed has its own bathroom for privacy. Second bathroom w/ surround tiled shower & double vanity w/ granite top. 1 Queen-size bedrm & kids room w/ 2 bunk beds (Twin o/ Twin) + a trundle sleeps up to five. Pack and play is also provided.

Kitchen/Dining open floor plan, seat 8 + a high chair perfect for gathering place with your loved ones. New kitchen with granite countertop & travertine tiled backsplash, stainless steel family size fridge, dishwasher & large kitchen sink bowl. It is fully stocked to make meal & snack preparation a snap, 4 burners range & oven + microwave hood, toaster, grill, blender, coffeemaker, pots & pans. Laundry room w/ washer dryer/iron & iron board + complementary bathroom & kitchen essentials.

OUR GARDEN:

Great size garden with lush greens, we designed our backyard to be an integral part of your vacation experience. Mediterranean theme garden with pomegranate tree, sweet fragrant bay trees, lemon tree, palm trees, flowers & Italian cypress trees. Best enjoyed at summer time although our oleanders & iceberg roses bloom almost all year long. If you come to California for the sun, our garden is a perfect place for it. If you want to cook dinner or barbeque outside, there is abundant of rosemary we planted for your meat skewer as well. Read your favorite book in our garden or enjoy our brand new sparkling pool before go back to your nighttime leisure.

SUNNY WITH A CHANCE OF MEATBALLS:

Outside our residence neighborhood vicinity you will find Arbys, Carl's Jr, Chipotle, Jack in the Box, McDonald's, Panda Express, Subway, Taco Bell, El Pollo Loco & many more. Sushi, fish and chips, pho noodle, pizza, Italian or Chinese food, vegetarian or halal food. Steakhouses down at Harbor Blvd, Tony Roma, Bubba Gump Shrimp, IHOP, Mimi's Cafe and many more. You will find grocery stores Ralphs, Vons, Walmart, Walgreen, CVS pharmacy, Target. Close to Angels stadium area along Katella you will find upscale pubs, steakhouses, brewery, restaurants, grill bars & many more. You can also find many fine restaurants in downtown Disney and kids store as well.

BACK TO THE FUTURE (OR PAST):

Our house is a short drive to Knotts Berry Farm, Discovery Science Center, Museums, Historic city of Orange Downtown, Huntington Beach State Park, Newport Beach Pier, and Laguna Beach. Outside Orange County, you can drive to San Diego SeaWorld or to LA to visit Universal Studio & Citywalk Hollywood, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Sunset Boulevard, Getty Center Museum, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Hollywood Sign, Santa Monica Pier, Madame Tussauds Hollywood, The Grove, Venice Canal Historic District & many more.

We're sorry to hear that we don't meet your expectations and you didn't mention anything while you're staying there other than the odor and the dirty kitchen counter, which we responded right away with the offer for myself to come over and check on the odor, we also offered to send the cleaning team back which none of them you responded back. The only response we got was how we can compensate you for these issues. We're sorry Lisa, we couldn't compensate you when you didn't have any proofs as well as don't let us inspect on the odor. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of the place because we hate it ourselves when we stay at a hotel/rental that's dirty. There's always two sides of everything, other reviews will speak for itself and wish you luck for your next stay and whoever is hosting!!

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Susy (the owner) a message.

If Susy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
