Off of the family room is a spacious open-concept kitchen with a dining room overlooking the pool. The dining room seats ten, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. A glass slider off the kitchen and dining room takes you to the rear yard with a beautiful pool, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs.
The game Room is in the garage with Ping Pong & Billards table and toys. There are strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, booster chairs for guest use, and a full-size washer and dryer. Main Living Room has a 60' Plasma TV with a DVD player. The home has high-speed wireless internet. The house has central air and heat.
This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
