Stunning and highly upgraded pool home perfect for three families.

Five-bedroom home with three bathrooms. Three upgraded California King masters and two children's rooms with full over full bunk beds. Two masters share an upgraded jack n jill bathroom with granite countertops, travertine floor tile, and a custom-designed shower. The third master has a Jack n' Jill bathroom shared with the common area. The two children's room shares the hallway bathroom.

Spacious upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, and refrigerator. The full-size washer and dryer are located off the kitchen for guests' use. The open-concept main living room and dining area have plenty of seating for your family. The dining table comfortably seats 10, with additional dining at the kitchen bar. Two beautiful French doors lead you to the in-ground pool, jacuzzi, and deck area. There is an outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, a patio set, and additional chairs for soaking in the sun.

The game room is in the garage, with a full-size billiards table and Ping Pong. There are also strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats for infants and toddlers.

The home has central air and heat. All bedrooms have 47' LCD TV with cable TV. The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. Nice short walk to Disneyland. Watch Disney fireworks from the back/front yards.

This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).

Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.

No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code

No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82, and jacuzzi to 102
