Carved into a mountain Perched up on a bluff with Stunning 280 degree Beach front Views of a Beautiful tear drop Bay. This location is Unique, unspoiled Beauty with a Raw Organic feel to it. Steps away to a golden Sandy Beach with spectacular panoramIc views you cannot get at any other property. The views of the reef are "Amazing" many times you may see a monk seal as a visitor or a school of dolphins spinning in the bay. Dont be afraid of going out to swim with the dolphins. That will be a memory that will last forever. Many locals say that It is the Trump Card of "Moloaa Bay." There is no other place like it on the island. This truly is a place of Tranquility to unwind and relax, and have family fun. It is hard to take your eyes off of the gorgeous "One of a Kind" living reef just below. There are plenty of water sports like snorkeling and Boogie boarding right in your font yard,and and other activities such as kayaking and hiking. The back drop of the property is surrounded by beautiful Majestic mountains It's the best view of Molooa Bay and Reef " Bar none". This Older Hawaiian plantation Beach bungalow is charming. Many updates including New Ethan Allen and Tommy Bahama furniture. Capture wonderful views in the Master looking out the french doors from a Brazilian Beautiful Teak Canopy bed Newer Windows through out. Top of the line Viking Appliances including a gas stove/oven, Microwave and dishwasher. It has french doors in the kitchen with a mango wood Dining set. We have just installed a beautiful green bamboo tile shower in the bathroom. Plenty of outdoor furniture for dining under the pavilion for a BBQ. The outdoor shower that has both hot and cold water. Great a quick rince after a day at the beach. A spacious 200 plus feet spacious lawn area leads you to the end of the property where there is a 2nd pavilion for shade and relaxation. End your day at the fire pit for roasting marshmallows with the family and Enjoy a glass of Vino while gazing at the stars. Enjoy just a few flickering lights from houses on the bay illuminate the waves as they're breaking on the shore. This property is very unique, there is no other place like it on the entire Island. The mountain side of is conservation land Allowing privacy and seclusion.. It truly is place to rekindle romance under a star studded sky or just the right place for a fun family vacation for all. If this were a Luxury home the rate would be affordable for most people. The property is available for Events at a separate fee. The green picnic off of the easement is private property beach access is right at the bottom of the driveway there is a big log that says Martin beach access. Reunions and receptions are at a separate fees. Additional fees will be added per person please send us an inquiry. Above All Be Safe. If in doubt don't go out. Quiet time 9 pm until 7 am. Mahalo

We were very happy to host Andy and her guests. They were very respectful to neighbors and left the house in great condition. I was very happy they got to enjoy this One of a Kind Awesome location. Yes, I do agree it"s probably the best views on the island. Guests have referred to it as the "Trump Card of Molooa Bay. We hope to see them back for a future visit.

We have just purchased some new furniture, and will be updateing the kitchen in 2019. Enen without the updates its hard to beat the stunning views and privacy. Aloha Marcus was a pleasure to deal with. Im so happy his family had a wonderful vacation its is a wonderful location for families but also for reunions and and receptions as well. The front yard is spacious enough to throw a ball and there's plenty of outdoor seating .There is a fire pit at the end of the property which is great for roasting marshmallows after a busy fun day of water sports and hiking and biking or just plain relaxing on the beach I always find it entertaining when people are either frightened of geckos or refer to them as lizards. they really are quite cute and they have no teeth and sometimes they're right on the ceiling and they make the cutest little noises. Something that you will not see in most of the United States I'm so glad that Marcus and his family will be returning for a future vacation. We. Always are updates so the next visit will be even more pleasurable. I'll be looking forward to speaking with him again. mahalo

Aloha, Thank you for the 5-star review I couldn't agree with you more since your stay we put up a second Pavilion. at the end of the property. that could be used for events yoga or just relaxing in the shade overlooking the Beautiful Bay The Reef is so awesome, No one gets to see that great view in the entire world but our guests. we even have locals come to visit are property out of the whole entire Island they say it's one of the best spots "bar none". I'm So happy they had a great vacstion. I hope our wonderful guests return again to make even more memories. much mahalo

How do damage deposits work?

If Joy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
