Bonaventure Aegean Villa is on of the biggest villa estates in mainland Greece with a 3 acres fully landscaped tropical garden, a large 10x20 meter swimming pool, over 200 palm trees, 800 Leland cedars surrounding the estate along the 3 meters high privacy fence, offering a very private and secure environment, and in the middle of it all a 1650sq mt 4 story spacious country villa with a breathtaking panoramic view offering very spacious and comfortable hospitality with all the required amenities.

AIRCONDITIONING IS EXTRA IF REQUIRED. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and bug screened windows and awnings in every window, the villa is very cool.

The estate is located on the outskirts of Anavissos town in a very quiet and peace full area only 3 minutes from the sea the beeches marinas and the traditional seafood taverns. 1km from Anavissos town center with all the shopping dining cafes pubs banks post office etc.

The Villa is 20 minutes drive from Athens Airport, a 10-minute drive along a fabulous seaside scenic route to the famous archaeological site of CAPE SOUNION crowned with the ancient temple of Poseidon and the most beautiful sunsets in Greece. Villa Aventuro provides an ISLAND like environment BUT IT HAS A LOT MORE TO OFFER being only 25 minutes from the most popular seaside suburbs of Athens with endless entertainment dining shopping marina cafes nightclubs and many other amenities.45 minutes from Athens center and the world-famous ACROPOLIS and the PLAKA market archaeological sites museums, and everything else a major metropolis like Athens offers. Hello dear Andy R. Thank you for having been our wonderful guest, until the last moment i was under the impression you were absolutely happy with us, which was expressed to by the group leader/organizer David. It is clearly stated in all our sites that we do not supply bath towels only pool towels, also that we charge extra for A/C since many groups do not wish it so we can give lower rental prices, All the rooms have ceiling fans, awnings, and bug screens on the windows so they can enjoy the fresh country air, Regarding the seafood tavern, you chose to accept the tavern owners recommendation not to go with the a la carte order and after you told us about your dislike we offered an apology and suggested you go to another tavern next time. I was truly sorry for the boat trip incident and offer medical assistance by our family doctor only 5 minutes from the villa, it was duly refused then i offered a liter bottle of 7-star METAXA brandy which graciously accepted As far as I and my wife is concerned we did our very best as we do with all our guests to please them and give them a wonderfully memorable hiliday

If Anna Maria / Nikolas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
