From the owner

Sunny house, wonderfull view, very close to the small town of Anavyssos. Quiet and peacefull nights under the Attica moon. You can enjoy nautical sports on the Anavyssos Beach with the well organized Windsurfing club. During wintertime you can always visit the beautifull surrounding across the coast line to Sounion and the ancient temple of Neptune.

This spacious house is located at a 500 sqm private plot,on a small hill, 200 m from the center of Anavyssos and only 5 minutes by car from the sandy beach which is a water sports center famous for its Wind-surfing club.The house has two bedrooms, one master bedroom with a king-sized bed and one other room with two single beds. it also has a large sitting room, which can sleep three more people , two on the sofa bed, and one more on another bed in the room. Every bedroom has its own TV with separate receiver (doesn't show at the photos).The house also has 1 and a half bathrooms, one with a toilet and bathtub and the other with a toilet and wash basin.The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. There is also a washing machine.

Only 20 minutes from Sounion and 30 minutes from the airport of Athens and the central National road, it is perfect to explore mainland Greece.

Only a few minutes from the sea-side village of Palaia Fokaia, Anavissos is full of Super Markets, Tavernas, coffee shops ,open all year.

At the crossroads 200m from the house, you can take the bus to Athens and then metro of course. Easy access also to taxis.

During winter -time, the house also provides air-conditioner heating in every room and also a large fireplace.

You can enjoy your drinks at the bar,listening to the music you like through the complete hi-fi system. Records, cassetes, cds, but also hundreds of dvds with the movies you love.Play games or surf the internet ,with the house's Pc which runs English windows. Multimedia player is provided so you can download and enjoy all your favorite music,films and tv shows!! Also card games, board games, chess, backgammon, checkers, draughts and more... .

The view of the sea is always wonderful and the house is fully equipped for an enjoyable stay. A home for all seasons!
