Beautiful house for fun summer holidays, enjoying spectacular views over the Aegean and within a few minute's walk to the beach.

Set within a small private complex of properties, the villa sleeps comfortably 16 guests with private pool & gardens, basketball/volleyball court, table tennis and pool table .

Surrounded by green grass and lush flowers the villa is designed for outdoor living, as the majority of rooms and spaces have easy access to the spacious garden.

The property extends over three levels and comfortably accommodates 16 guests in 8 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms and there is space for anyone to have his or her own room, if feeling a bit more private, but also for everyone to be together.

On the ground floor, the main living areas are, including a spacious living room with fireplace with several couches and arm- chairs. It is equipped with TV, Hi-Fi system, CD player and air-conditioning, featuring a table especially designed for playing cards or board games, perfect for your group to gather and have hours of fun.

This floor has direct access to the garden as well as to the veranda with the BBQ and a balcony.

Also on the ground floor, the dining room which sits comfortably 10, is next to the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has direct access to the garden through the covered terrace, perfect for alfresco dinning in the summer.

On the upper floor, five of the bedrooms of the villa are found. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom features a queen size bed, with TV and air-conditioning.

On the same floor, 2 more double bedrooms and 2 with single beds are found sharing among them 2 family bathrooms and also a small but comfortable office space is available too. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, spacious wardrobes and enjoy beautiful sea or garden views.

The villa extends also to the lower round floor, featuring a second kitchen and bar as well as dining space for eight guests. Ample living space is available due to the open plan of the floor, with many sofas and chairs featuring a bar and a pool table, perfect for indoor entertainment. Also, a separate cosy living room with sofas and direct access to the garden is available for your enjoyment.

On this level, three more double rooms are situated - two of them with direct access to the garden and the private pool - as well as two foldaway beds for extra guests, sharing among them two bathrooms; while all have air-conditioning and ample wardrobes.

This level can be used if needed as a distinct apartment as it has its own entrance and can be separate from the rest of the villa easily.

Outdoors the villa provides numerous spaces to just relax or be more active, depending on what you prefer for the day.

You can enjoy your alfresco lunch or dinner in either of the terraces as they are all equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. If you want to be close to the kitchen or the BBQ you can choose the verandas of the upper level which provide ample space for 10+ guest to dine enjoying the amazing ocean view and amazing sunsets, or if you want to enjoy a snack or a drink next to the pool you can choose the lower ground terrace utilising the tables and chairs provided or a sunbed under the beautiful Greek sun.

The villa offers you various choices to stay active while on vacation whether being an adult or a child. You can enjoy a basketball game or a volleyball game, have a match of table tennis, take a swim in the private pool (20x10m), or just a shower outdoors to cool off on a hot summer day. Whatever your activity it can be a great opportunity to create more amazing family memories!
