From the owner

This beautiful "Tower Studio"apartment is on the ground floor of ‘The Tower.’ It has a lovely view of our backyard and the feeling of a little ‘cave’ in the forest. Leave the curtains open and wake up feeling  so connected to  life. When you open your eyes and see the forest, from your bed, look out into the cool, full forest climbing with green vines and covered in moss, when you begin to wake up and hearing , listen to the birds songs. It is magical!

There is a wood fire in the bedroom to add to the cozy feeling

This single floor apartment has a double queen size bed plus a comfortable  single futon. It can sleep up to three adults or a couple with a child. It has a kitchen, a beautiful stove with a great oven and  a fridge. It also has all the appliances fo you  to cook.

It also has a private spacious bathroom with a shower.

This apartment is completely separate from "The Tower Duplex" apartment although they are in the same building,

This apartment is only 80 meters across the field from the beach, whose sandy expanse stretches four kilometers to the east - perfect for sunset walks!

Our place is unique, we build it and we keep it with love and dedication. We are fortunate to live in such an amazing an unspoilt part of the world and try to keep it that way for others to enjoy

Interaction with Guests

We always welcome our guests at their arrival and answer to their questions love to interact with our guests but also respect their privacy. Depending on the guests and our schedules we sometimes can be more available than others but there is always time for interaction in Chiloe where the pace of life is slower, we welcome their kids to play with with ours but this again will depend on now things evolve and of course the weather !!

The Neighborhood

We don't have many neighbors, the few we have live up the hill and they are wonderful people. We are lucky to be surrounded by nature and feel fortunate to have a large property and that gives us a lot or privacy.

Other Things to Note

We love and respect nature and have created a life here on this magnificent island where the air is clean, the rain is fresh and the storms are powerful. Chiloe is a generous and magical island that has welcomed us and gave us a home, we hope to help you have a taste of it and welcome you to paradise, for real ! even in the strongest storm with horizontal rain, you will feel that you are in paradise, all we ask our guests is to treat Chiloe and the beautiful Chilote people with the same respect they show towards us.

One last note about PROVISIONS>

Please buy your food in town before coming to stay, as there are no markets or shops nearby. There are, fishermen who stop on the beach--and you are welcome to buy fresh seafood from their catches--but this opportunity depends on weather conditions and other factors... so it is best to bring food (and anything else you might need from town) with you when you arrive. How do damage deposits work?
