A delightful old stone house, the place for a relaxing holiday.
The two story house is ideally situated on a hill in a large natural garden with Olive and Cypress trees, overlooking Andros Town and the sea. The house is not accessible by car, but is a minute’s walk from the road through an ancient stone paved footpath, one of the traditional footpaths Andros is famous for and is popular with hikers and nature lovers. There is also a popular tavern within a walking distance from the house.
This two hundred years old farmhouse is lovingly restored to reflect the spirit of the Island with thick whitewashed stone walls, island blue window shutters, rafted ceilings and stone tiled floors. It comes fully furnished with antique island furniture, incorporating all modern amenities. Bed sheets and towels are provided. No pets
The House is 250 m2 on two levels and consists of:
Upper floor : 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchenette, a living room and a large terrace with panoramic view. Lower floor : 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen (incl. a dishwasher and a washing machine) and a living room (w. a daybed) and a covered terrace.
The House can be rented in blocks of one week at a time, 7 nights (minimum): Upper floor sleeps 5 ( 6 if 2 people share a large single bed)) Lower floor sleeps 2 ( 3 if daybed in livingroom is used)
