Stone and cypress wood, built 1871 Mansion , with high ceilings and amazing views, from most rooms and its two balconies , to the open sea and the Gulf of Chora (Andros town the capital of the island) A unique aristocratic ambience , original furniture and nicely decorated. At the same time it is in the town a few minutes walk away from the museums and the main Agora where you can find caffees restaurants and shops .Do not need to have a car you can walk to the beaches , having a car will enable you to visit the island that is beautiful and go to more beaches. There are 100 kms of organized hiking paths on the island promising great walks in beautiful natural environment between mountains and sea. House accessible by car , only 30 steps away .

KIds are welcome , their parents being always responsible for them because house is not child proof. Has balconies lots of windows high from the ground.. Owner declares no responsibility whats so ever.
Please , do not sit on sofas , chairs when wet. Andros is a windy island please make sure to always , secure all shutters and windows every time you open them with the provided latches. Wooden floors and ceilings watch cigarettes , candles , fires.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ALEXANDROS (the owner) a message.

If ALEXANDROS (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
