Recently built,luxury Thai style villa, with large french windows opening to a garden and to the sea, located along a white sand beach with wonderful view to the 5 islands, the Nathon bay and the Anthong islands Marine Park and beautiful sunset. Shallow sea with cristal clear waters, very safe for children and suitable for swimming by high tide. The villa can accomodate up to 10 guests. It is composed of a large living room, kitchen, dining area, 4 bedrooms. The living room and 2 front master bedrooms with queen size beds and en suite bathrooms surround an infinity pool using non-agressive salt water chlorination, the 3rd bedroom with queen size bed faces a small garden with direct access to the beach, and the 4th bedroom is equipped with 2 bunkbeds for children or adults with en suite bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, water purifier, etc.. facing a dining area and the living-room. Service room equipped with a washing machine and ironing board. This villa is located in a quiet gated and guarded resort of 12 villas on the North-West coast of Koh Samui, near the famous resort hotels of Four Seasons, Mövenpick, Mai Samui, all at a walking distance, offering spa services and high quality restaurants, barbecue dinners with live bands, canaoé rental, etc.... Also accessible by the beach several small beach restaurants and massage stalls. Nathon, the capital town of Koh Samui and arrival port of the ferry boats from the continent, is located just 5 minutes by car or motorbike from the villa, and offers supermarkets, fruits and vegetable markets, many restaurants, ATMs, open air night food-court, etc... Distance by car (or motorbike) to other beaches and famous spots in Samui: Ban Por, 5 mn, Maenam 15 mn, Bophut: ca. 25 mn, Chaweng ca. 35 mn, Lipa Noi 15 mn, ca. Lamai 40 mn. A friendly Thai villa manager speaking good english welcomes the guests and takes care of their requests during their stay. On request she can manage taxi bookings, convenient car rental, scooter rental, provide housekeeping, and chef!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dominique (the owner) a message.

If Dominique (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
