From the owner

We are renting out our fully air-conditioned holiday home in Angeles.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, fully furnished and fully equipped kitchen. It is perfect for traveling families or business men alike, however, as it is located in a family-friendly subdivision maybe not so much for the single traveler.

The house is located in the Timog Residences Subdivision in Barangay Cuayan (do not confuse with the more know Timog Park subdivision which is about 500 meters away.) The subdivision is a new development, the construction of the house was completed in September 2016. The subdivision is gated and has guards, and is a very safe place for you and your family to stay.

We offer you and your guests free complimentary access to the community swimming pool and gym, which is also located next to a nice children’s park with playground, and a basketball court which can also be used free of charge.

The house itself is 2 stories, all 3 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, and the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and there is a shared bathroom in the hallway for the other 2 bedrooms. In addition there is also a full bathroom with shower downstairs. All rooms, including the living room have split-type air-condition, so the indoors temperature should always be to your liking.

The two bathrooms upstairs have each a shower with electrical water heater, assuring you a nice and warm shower every time. We also have installed a Jetmatic waterpump, which generates great pressure in the pipes, guaranteeing you a refreshing shower every time (which is a rarity in the Philippines.) Of course, if there is a brownout the pump is not working, but fortunately that doesn’t happen too often.

The master bedroom has a large, comfortable bed, 40 inch TV and a balcony facing the sunrise, a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or late night drink. There is also a safety-deposit box located in the master bedroom, you can of course use this for your passports and valuables if you like.

The two smaller bedrooms have large, single beds, but can easily accommodate 2 children each, or one adult and a child if your little ones don’t like to sleep alone in a new house.

The living room has a 65 inch SUHD Smart Tv with a good selection of local and international channels, and we also have an X-box 360, a Playstation 3 and videoke connected for children and grownups alike to enjoy.

The dining area has 6 chairs, which should be plenty for all the guests.

The kitchen has a spacious refrigerator, gas cooking range and microwave oven, and we also have a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules).

We have a spacious yard next to the house, with plenty of space for kids to play, and a carport with covered parking for one car if you bring.

The house also has CCTV coverage for your and our safety (we will of course cover some or all of the cameras if you prefer for your increased privacy.)

We have a 10MBPS internet connection with good signal strength in all the rooms in the house.

How do damage deposits work?
