Welcome to Le Duplex de Chiberta***, my 3 star duplex nested in the heart of Biarritz / Anglet / Bayonne, 5 min from the ocean and the pine forest.

My 70 sqm 2 bedroom duplex is a self-catering holiday house with a balcony in the famous Anglet Monbrun area, 5 min from the beaches (2.5 km) and 300 m from the Chiberta pine forest (cycle paths, children playgrounds and fitness trail).

You will benefit from all COMFORT necessary to a good rest and the CALM of this residential district favourable with the RELAXATION… a true cocoon for a couple in love, a family or 2 couples of friends.

Sleeps 2 to 5 people.

- 2 separate bedrooms : Bedroom 1 (on the ground floor) with 1 double bed and Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with 1 double bed + 1 single bed (baby cot, changing table, and high chair available for baby).

- Open plan fully equipped kitchen : vitro-ceramic hob, traditional oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine ...

- A HD television with DVD player and hi-fi system are in the living room.

- Bathroom with toilets, bathtub, shower and washing machine.

- Dining room.

- South orientated balcony with garden furniture and a sunshade.

- Private parking (2 spaces).

- Non smoking property.

- Pets are not allowed.

Right in the heart of the BAB (Bayonne-Anglet-Biarritz), perfect base to discover the Basque Country (Bayonne, Biarritz, Guéthary, St Jean de Luz, Espelette, St Jean Pied de Port, Ainhoa, La Rhune, Sare ...), the Landes (Hossegor, Cap Breton, Seignosse ...) and of course our Spanish neighbours and their tapas restaurants !!! (Irun, San Sebastian...).

- 100m away, bus stop (St Michel) bus line n°5 liking the Anglet beaches and the SNCF train station Bayonne via Anglet and down town Bayonne.

- 600m away are corner shops like supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, pastry shop, hair salon, laundry ...

- 900m away is a free bicycle lending station (from June to September).

- 1.2km away : hypermarket Leclerc Anglet

- Nearest beach : 2.5km

- Chilberta Golf Course (Anglet) : 2.5km

- Biarritz Golf Course Le Phare (Biarritz) : 3.5km

My ADVICE :

Discover the Basque Country OFF SEASON during the shoulder months (Spring: April/May/June and Indian Summer: Sept/Oct./Nov) to experience authentic holidays (warm temperatures, less crowdy, calm and relaxation, thalasso, stroll in the pignada…).

Please note that in JULY and AUGUST and for EASTER holidays the minimum duration is 7 nights and rentals are always from Saturday to Saturday.

Why can't I call Eric (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Eric (the owner) a message.

If Eric (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
