Villa "B on the Sea" is a luxurious villa overlooking the Caribbean Sea with expansive views of surrounding island! The villa is specificaly designed to be the ultimate entertainment Mecca for an exceptional paradise experience.

This exclusive villa features simple luxury, breathtaking views and multiple relaxing & entertainment areas. Join family or friends for a holiday, reunion, or celebration. Perfect for a romantic and fun-filled getaway!

Villa 'B On The Sea' features an open layout with a gourmet kitchen to a separate eating area and great room. The great room is encased with several glass doors opening to a main level deck and pool. The second level features an outdoor gazebo kitchen with a covered eating area as well as open eating area on the massive open air deck. A gas grill is also available for Caribbean BBQ's or parties.

The spa style wading pool on the upper level deck is perfect for sunsets and cocktails and overlooks the Caribbean Sea. It is truly indescribable and must be experienced!

The authentic home theater is perfect for watching music video concerts and movies from the Villa video library.

The bedrooms are well designed to provide a private sanctuary for a restful and peaceful sleep after a day of beaches, snorkeling, exploring, swimming, golfing, tennis and enjoying the island of Anguilla.

Interaction with guest

The villa is manager by a local couple that also helps guests with any necessary reservations, requests, questions about the island and villa. A greeter will meet visitors at the point of embarkation and assist in obtaining the rental car, and guide you back to the villa and point out the highlights of the villa (the whole house music system, theater, location of bedrooms). We have received high praises for our managers and their assistance with any requests by visitors.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send David Barrett (the owner) a message.

If David Barrett (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
