This luxury villa is nestled in the serene village of Anjuna Goa.

It is one of those rare locations in North Goa where our guests enjoy utmost privacy and at the same time be few minutes from the most happening party venues, chicest restaurants and the most gorgeous beaches.

The villa consists of four bedrooms all with attached baths, a spacious modular kitchen and a grand living room.

The pool is completely private with no time restrictions, that is 24/7 on. It has night lights and automatic filter.

If you are done stalking me across all portals and platforms, I guess it is my turn to report and make viral the details of your entire group along with your photo ID and the pictures of the mess you left my place in. This is going to be uploaded on all Goa social media groups, Goa federation of hotels, resorts, homestays and guesthouses. You have shown your real intention of exhorting money from hosts on the pretext of concocted fraudulent stories like above ,and then going even further to stalk them on platforms like these and calling the Goa Tourism on me. I believe the reply of Goa Tourism should be enough to shut you up. They checked every lie you wrote to them, same copy paste as above, when they came to my property to verify your claims. I showed them your approval and satisfactory check list SIGNED BY YOU, at the time of check in and before paying the balance money. I also showed them the pictures and videos of the stains, tears and breakage done by you. Also showed them the CCTV footage of how you were utterly careless with your children, endangering them around pool and stairwell, and also your complete disregard for Covid protocols. Your and your groups profile, along with photo ID, and the above evidence has been submitted to Goa Tourism and to our close knit circle of North Goa group of hotels, resorts, homestays, guesthouse, etc. Next time you come to Goa, I hope you have proper dose of Goan Hospitality. People like you bring shame to the entire Indian travel industry. You are a shining example that money cant buy class, and how low can one stoop to cheat and throw your weight around by making phone calls to authorities to harass me. Thank God, the truth prevailed and your documented violations have been exposed.

Why can't I call Mamta (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mamta (the owner) a message.

If Mamta (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
