It doesn't get much better than being right on the water, less than one block from the bay beach, and only 7 blocks from Pine Avenue. Sunshine Cottage couldn't be a better name, because this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, cottage truly lets you experience the beauty of Anna Maria Island. Enjoy dangling your feet off the dock, swimming in the pool, relaxing in the sunshine, and walking to dinner. With canal access, you have the possibility of bringing a boat right to the dock through Bimini Bay. There's no better way to unwind and forget all your troubles! 3 Bicycles are available for rent as well.

All restaurants and bars are closed on the island and that only take-out is available.

Anyone traveling from the New York Tri-State area (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut) must self-quarantine for 14 days upon arrival.

1. Please treat our house, as if it was your house.
2. Have fun!
3. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Keep noise and music down to respectable levels especially past 10 pm.
4. Please use outside shower to clean off sand from the beach. Sand can damage pool filter and keeps house tidy.
5. Avoid spray-on sunscreen by the pool. It will clog the filter, and cause the ph level to become unbalanced, causing the pool to turn green!
6. No smoking please.
7. No parking on the grass.

A wonderful home with beautiful views

Why can't I call Michelle (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michelle (the owner) a message.

If Michelle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
