From the owner

This stunning BEACHFRONT home was designed by an award winning Architect and is true paradise. The plan is open with the Living, Dining, Kitchen and Master Bedroom on the Waterfront adjacent to the deck which runs the entire length of the home. The elevated deck is a mere 10' from the waters edge. The Master Bedroom Suite has a walk-in closet and an opulent bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. There is a king size bed in the Master Suite and a flat screen t.v. The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home with flat screen t.v.'s also and queen size beds. Barbecue on the waterfront deck as the sun sets. Walk to shops and dining. New 50" flat screen H.D. Smart t.v., also have large sectional couch in living room that can sleepy two comfortably. Have two twin air mattresses and one queen air mattress.

I meet the guests upon check in if possible, if not I have provided a vast array of information for them such as wi-fi etc., and am available to answer any questions and provide guidance about area. I live about 30 min. away and am available 24 hrs a day by phone or text. I provide information with regard to entering the home upon check-in such as the lockbox code etc.

Why can't I call Laura (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Laura (the owner) a message.

If Laura (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
